  • Value is calculated based on the game’s Regular Retail Price (RRP) on Steam or official sources.
  • We do not use temporary sales, regional discounts, or third-party resale markets as a reference point.
  • This protects our customers from artificially low pricing caused by flash sales, region-locked discounts, or limited-time promotions.

🔄 One-Time Replacement:

  • We offer a one-time replacement per mystery key if the delivered game’s RRP is below the price paid.
  • The replacement will be issued within 24 hours after your request is verified.
